About the Conference

The Biennial Gender Development Research Conference

After hosting two successful SRCD Preconference Events on Gender Development, Campbell Leaper and Carol Martin launched the first Gender Development Research Conference in 2004. They have continued to organize this event every two years in San Francisco. Many of the world’s leading researchers of gender development from interdisciplinary fields regularly attend and present at the conference.
