2010 Conference is coming up! 

Now Accepting Poster Submissions!

The Fourth Gender Development Conference is being planned for April 2010 in San Francisco. The dates are Thursday, April 15 and Friday, April 16. (Note that we are meeting Thursday and Friday.)

Poster submissions are now being accepted! The deadline for these submissions is Monday, January 18, 2010. Please go to the link on the left side.

In the coming weeks, we will announce more information about the program speakers, registration, and the conference hotel. We negotiated a very good rate for a limited number of hotel rooms at the conference hotel (stay tuned for more information for making your reservation).

If you have never attended the Gender Development Research Conference, you can get a sense of our meeting by visiting the links to the 2008 program schedule and the 2008 poster presentation schedule.

The conference is limited to faculty, professional researchers, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, and special invited guests. It is not open to undergraduate students; however, for the 2010 conference, we will consider a few exceptions if (a) the student will be attending graduate school next year and (b) the faculty advisor sends us an email (to conference email address) highlighting the student's qualifications.
